Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a production operator in Tuas to operate and monitor printing and production machines according to work instructions.

You will conduct in-process quality checks, troubleshoot basic machine issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth operations, while maintaining a clean, 5S workplace and accurate ERP records.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary / ITE qualification.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor printing and production machines according to work instructions.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and identify printing defects.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report technical problems when required.
• Perform daily and monthly machine maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Record production issues and update production reports and machine output in the ERP system.
• Perform line clearance and complete required production documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organised workplace according to 5S standards.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Location: Tuas

Salary: $2,100 – $2,500 + $250 Fixed Transport Allowance
Gross Salary: Up to $3,000 with OT

Working Hours

• 5-day work week, Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Morning & afternoon breaks: 10–15 minutes
• Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• Weekday OT: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM when required
• Weekend OT may be required from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Candidates who are unable to work OT may inform the Supervisor in advance

• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to follow work instructions.
• Willing to work OT when required.
