Job summary

E M SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an experienced Lift Technician to join our service team. You will install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot elevators and escalators across residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, ensuring safe and reliable vertical transport.

You will conduct inspections, perform preventive maintenance, read diagrams, and respond to service calls with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• NITEC equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Lift Technician with strong lift systems knowledge.
• Familiar with installation, maintenance and repair techniques.
• Knowledge of lift control systems, electrical wiring and hydraulics.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints and manuals.
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot elevators and escalators in various buildings.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance per schedule.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and malfunctions timely.
• Perform repairs and component replacements to restore function.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and technological advancements in lift systems.
