Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to lead a cleanroom production team in Singapore. You will manage 10–20 technicians, assign tasks, and ensure targets are met while maintaining strict SOPs and safety standards.

This permanent night shift (8:30 PM–5:30 AM) includes AWS annual bonus, profit-sharing, shift allowances, and comprehensive medical coverage for employees and dependents. Prior cleanroom leadership is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a 10–20 staff team in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
• Willing to work permanent night shifts from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 10–20 technicians in daily cleanroom operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom procedures, SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in daily technical and production activities.
• Monitor work quality and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth production operations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Train and guide team members to maintain operational standards and work quality.
