Job summary

Alpha Grace Enviro-Tech Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on technician to operate water treatment systems and support production, installation, and project teams. The role involves hands-on assembly, piping work, and on-site testing.

You will ensure maintenance of equipment, comply with safety rules, and assist in troubleshooting and repairs. A fast-paced environment requires reliability, teamwork and flexible shift patterns.

Qualifications

• ITE or diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Team player with self-driven attitude.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Experience in fully automated machine assembly (electrical & mechanical).
• Experience in waste and water industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of piping (PVC and metal) is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with stress.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and operate water treatment systems across production, assembly and operating processes.
• Maintain day-to-day operations and general housekeeping of equipment and tools.
• Support Project, Production and Installation Teams for现场 assembly, testing and upgrading.
• Troubleshoot issues not requiring extensive technical background.
• Assist with machine assembly and piping tasks (electrical & mechanical).
• Provide repairs and maintenance for M&E as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations on site.
• Coordinate with engineers on major process issues as required.
• Execute ad-hoc duties as requested.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To have basic understanding and operating water treatment system, covering the whole production, assembly and operating process from start to end.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations, the general housekeeping and the proper maintenance of the company equipment, system and tooling.
• To provide support to Project, Production and Installation Teams when required such as the physical installation and assembling (include piping works), operating, upgrading and testing of systems.
• Must possess basic mechanical aptitude to be able to troubleshoot any issue that does not require an extensive technical background.
• Good experience & skill in fully automated machine assembly, both electrical & mechanical.
• To provide support and solutions to all M&E, handle repairs and maintenance matters.
• Assist in resolving production issues due to technical or other constrain.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
• Installation & commissioning of machines.
• Communicate with Engineer on any major process issues as and when required.
• Any Other Ad-hoc duties per requested.

Requirements

• Min. ITE or diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
