Job summary

CF Global Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Plant Operator to operate and monitor water and wastewater treatment systems, perform sampling and testing, and report faults to ensure safe, efficient plant operation. You will conduct inspections, maintain equipment, record readings, follow safety and environmental procedures, and support ongoing reliability through routine maintenance.

This role requires a hands-on, safety-conscious attitude and a willingness to learn, with rotating shifts

Qualifications

• Experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, utilities, or plant operations.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and standby after hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, hands-on attitude with eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor water and wastewater treatment systems to maintain optimal performance.
• Conduct plant inspections and accurately record operating readings for system tracking.
• Perform water sampling and conduct basic testing to assess water quality.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Report equipment faults and abnormal operating conditions promptly to supervisors.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
