Job summary

Alcon Singapore is seeking a Technician III to support DSM Production Technical Support, handling setup, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment on site. You will ensure equipment performance and quality while maintaining accurate records and adhering to GxP and SOPs.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics and at least 2 years in manufacturing maintenance, with preference for cleanroom experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or related field.
• Min 2 years of relevant manufacturing maintenance/troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in cleanroom preferred.
• Office hours Monday to Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Manage resources and schedules to meet specifications, schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor output quality and address faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following SOPs and maintaining documentation.
• Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations for business alignment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Diploma/ NITEC in Mechanical /Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or related field
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry in a maintenance/ similar role troubleshooting equipment and machines
• Experience in cleanroom preferred
• Able to work office hours Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
