Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Technician (Heavy Equipment / Construction Machinery) in Singapore. The role involves servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy equipment across construction sites, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm schedule in Joo Koon.

You will perform preventive maintenance, PDI, commissioning, and functional testing, and report on maintenance activities. A hands-on, safety-conscious technician will thrive in this team.

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing or repairing heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting helpful.
• Familiar with excavators, loaders, trucks or similar machinery.
• Able to diagnose faults and perform breakdown repairs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair heavy equipment.
• Attend to breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and servicing.
• Perform PDI, commissioning, and functional testing.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
• Provide service reports and maintenance records.
• Ensure work is safe and compliant with standards.
• Offer technical support to customers when needed.

Technician (Heavy Equipment / Construction Machinery)

Location: Joo Koon, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
Salary: Up to $3,500 Basic (Gross up to $5,000)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair of heavy equipment and construction machinery

• Attend to machine breakdowns and carry out corrective maintenance efficiently

• Conduct preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing activities

• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), machine commissioning, and functional testing

• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical faults

• Support PM clinics and machine health inspections

• Prepare service reports and maintenance records

• Ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with company standards

• Provide technical support and recommendations to customers when required

Requirements

• Experience in servicing, repairing, or troubleshooting heavy equipment, construction machinery, industrial machinery, or similar equipment

• Knowledge of basic mechanical and hydraulic systems

• Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge will be advantageous

• Familiarity with excavators, wheel loaders, dump trucks, cranes, forklifts, earthmoving equipment, or similar machinery

• Able to analyze machine faults and perform breakdown repairs
