Job summary

You will perform setup, calibration, preventive maintenance, and monitoring of lab equipment to ensure reliability and performance. • Knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, installation, qualification, preventive maintenance, and calibration of R&D and engineering laboratory equipment.
• Monitor tool performance and uptime; diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related equipment issues.
• Execute equipment repairs, rebuilds, modifications, and upgrades to meet evolving engineering and business requirements.
• Support laboratory infrastructure readiness, equipment qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, records, and inventory within equipment tracking systems.
• Respond to service requests with appropriate prioritization to meet customer and operational needs.
• Ensure strict adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, including PPE, lockout/tagout, and chemical safety requirements.
• Operate and maintain equipment in accordance with engineering specifications and company safety guidelines.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring equipment compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver timely, high-quality technical solutions.
• Demonstrate strong customer focus and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• Utilize approved Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code and other company-approved solutions) to improve productivity, streamline routine tasks, and accelerate work execution.
• Apply Artificial Intelligence capabilities to support data analysis, problem-solving, content creation, reporting, documentation, and decision-making where appropriate.
