Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a maintenance technician to perform daily PM and safety tasks at the assigned station. You will troubleshoot machines, compile reports on daily maintenance and downtime, and propose improvements to enhance equipment performance while adhering to safety guidelines.

You should have an ITE/ Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering and ideally 1+ year in machine maintenance in a cleanroom environment, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering required.
• Preferably with more than 1 year working experience in machine maintenance within a cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of electronics components, pneumatics, measurement.
• Dynamic, hardworking and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Able to work 12 hours Night shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks of assigned station such as preventive maintenance and workplace safety.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge while performing troubleshooting of machines.
• Report and compile daily maintenance activities and write troubleshooting reports for downtime events.
• Adhere to company policies, objectives and safety guidelines.
• Provide improvement ideas and collaborate to enhance equipment performance.
• Execute work according to company policy and work instructions.

• Perform daily task of assigned station such as PM and workplace safety
• Demonstrate technical knowledge while performing the troubleshooting of machine.
• Report and compilation of daily maintenance and other activities of assigned station, as well as write troubleshooting reporting pertaining to a machine down time
• Adherence to the company's organizational goals, objectives, and safety guidelines.
• Provide improvements ideas and work within the group to further improve the equipment performance
• Execute the work accordingly to company policy and work instructions

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Preferably with more than 1 year working experience in machine maintenance and servicing within a cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of electronics components, pneumatics, measurement
• Dynamic, hardworking and detailed with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Ability to work well with all internal functional areas, customers and suppliers
• Good communication skills and good team player
• Able to work 12 hours Night shift
