Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd on behalf of a client in the energy logistics sector is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site work at Jurong Island. This is a 1-year contract (renewable based on company needs).

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, adhere to OEM manuals and site procedures, operate CMMS for work orders, supervise contractors, and participate in safety drills and analyses in a heavy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in maintenance with at least 3 years of related maintenance experience in oil and gas.
• Hands-on maintenance and inspection experience.
• Familiar with terminal equipment and assets.
• Knowledge of safety, health and environment regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance at site.
• Follow maintenance procedures and OEM manuals to ensure asset integrity.
• Process safety-related checks (LOTO, JSA, DOSCE) during maintenance activities.
• Supervise contractors during work orders and ensure compliance.
• Maintain inventory and housekeeping; report progress to Supervisors daily.
• Participate in safety drills and fault analysis.

About our client

Our client operates in the energy, oil, gas, and chemical logistics sector.

About the role

• Execute tasks/activities, standard maintenance and repair work such as Preventive, Corrective maintenance project executions at site effectively & efficiently
• Ensure all site executions are performed in accordance with all maintenance work procedures / OEM manuals / company standards to ensure site quality, asset integrity and operability.
• Report any problems or issues with site facilities.
• Process Permit-to-Work, Job safety Analysis (JSA), Lock-out, Tag-out (LOTO) or execute the Defeat of Safety Critical Equipment (DOSCE) during associate maintenance activities
• Participate and contribute in maintenance documentation review such as Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Job safety Analysis (JSA) and What-If Analysis.
• Maintain work progress status and report to Supervisors on daily or adhoc basis
• Perform Work Executor in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) workflow to receive, update and close up assigned Work Orders and checklist.
• Supervise contractors in work order execution
• Assist Maintenance Engineer with Capex project execution
• Participate in routine safety drills, work order, troubleshooting and failure analysis.
• Maintain inventory and housekeeping evolve according to business needs, so as to transform into a future-ready organization.

About you

• ITE or Diploma equivalent in maintenance, with minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, terminal/storage or other process plant environments, preferably with hands‑on site experience.
• Familiar with and experience in Maintenance and inspection work
• Familiar with and experience in terminal equipment and assets.
