Job summary

CBM Pte. Ltd. is seeking a facilities supervisor to oversee routine inspections, monitor M&E readings, and supervise on-site contractors for a residential/industrial/mixed development.

You will ensure proper maintenance and timely reporting of irregularities to the property engineer and management team. The role requires an NTC certificate in facilities tech or related fields and at least 3 years MCST experience.

Qualifications

• NTC Certificate on Facilities technology, mechanical or electrical.
• At least 3 years and above MCST experience in managing residential, industrial or mixed development.

Responsibilities

• Carry out periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the property.
• Keep proper records of M & E readings and to monitor the performance of plant and equipment.
• Check all service contactors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to the PE or CM/ACM.
• Attend to complaints received through feedback from the management office.
• Carry out minor tasks assigned by the PE or CM/ACM with regard to the physical maintenance of the property (e.g. changing of bulbs, painting, minor repairs etc).
• Any other duties assigned by the CM/ACM.
