Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technician (Chiller) to provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad hoc repair of M&E services. The role includes preparation of materials for maintenance regimes and assisting in checks on installations for insulation, piping gradient and accessibility.

Responsibilities also cover safety inspections of equipment to ensure proper operation of ACMV systems, servicing chillers, DX, VRV and mechanical ventilation, and compiling detailed

• Experience in maintenance of ACMV and chiller systems.
• Ability to read meters and perform readings for system monitoring.
• Strong diagnostics and repair skills for M&E services.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad hoc repairs of M&E services.
• Prepare materials for maintenance regimes and assist in installation inspections for insulation, piping gradient and accessibility.
