Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technician (Chiller) to provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad hoc repair of M&E services. The role includes preparation of materials for maintenance regimes and assisting in checks on installations for insulation, piping gradient and accessibility.

• Experience in maintenance of ACMV and chiller systems.
• Ability to read meters and perform readings for system monitoring.
• Strong diagnostics and repair skills for M&E services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad hoc repairs of M&E services.
