Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking an ACMV Engineer (Hands-On) to provide on-site engineering support for preventive maintenance and ad hoc repairs of mechanical and electrical services.

You will prepare maintenance materials, inspect new installations for insulation and accessibility, conduct safety checks, service ACMV systems (chilled water, DX, VRV, ventilation), and document readings and reports while addressing client concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience with ACMV systems preferred.
• Hands-on field work required.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for preventive maintenance and ad hoc repairs of M&E services.
• Prepare materials for carrying out maintenance regimes.
• Check new installations for insulation, piping gradient and accessibility.
• Safety inspections of equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Service and maintain ACMV systems including chilled water, DX, VRV and ventilation systems.
• Carry out regular preventive and corrective maintenance as scheduled.
• Attend to customer complaints and resolve or contain issues.
• Submit service reports after completion of maintenance works.
• Take readings of meters and perform stock inventory.

Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad hoc repair / replacement works for M&E services.

Preparation of material for carrying out of maintenance regime

Assist in checks on new installations for proper installation pertaining to insulation work, piping gradient and accessibility

Safety Inspection of equipment to ensure they are in working order

Servicing and maintaining of ACMV System including chilled water system, DX system, VRV system and mechanical ventilation system

Carry out regular preventive and corrective maintenance works as per schedule

Attend to customer complaints and resolve or contain the issue

Submit and compile service reports after completion of maintenance works

Inspection and taking readings of meters

Stock taking for inventory

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required
