Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group in Singapore seeks an AV Technician to support our wildlife and visitor experiences. You will troubleshoot and repair AV and control systems, set up AV for events, and perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a Nitec/Certificate in AV Technology or related field, 1–3 years of hands-on AV experience, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Certificate in AV Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in AV installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of AV systems with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and over time.
• Able to lift and handle AV equipment.
• Work at Height/MEWP certification is an advantage.

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
