Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group in Singapore is seeking an AV Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and support audio/video systems across daily operations and events. You will perform preventive maintenance, set up AV systems for events, and provide real-time support for AV, electrical and mechanical issues.

The role requires a relevant qualification and the ability to work shifts, weekends and overtime. You'll need to lift and move equipment as required, and have good communication and teamwork skills to

Qualifications

Nitec/Certificate in AV Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in AV installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Basic knowledge of AV systems with good problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Good communication, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime.
Able to lift and handle AV equipment.
Work at Height/MEWP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair AV and control systems to ensure smooth audio/video operations.
Carry out preventive maintenance for AV equipment.
Set up and operate AV systems for events and daily operations.
Provide real-time support for AV, electrical, and mechanical issues.
