Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group in Singapore is seeking an AV Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and support audio/video systems across daily operations and events. You will perform preventive maintenance, set up AV systems for events, and provide real-time support for AV, electrical and mechanical issues.

The role requires a relevant qualification and the ability to work shifts, weekends and overtime. You'll need to lift and move equipment as required, and have good communication and teamwork skills to

Qualifications

• Nitec/Certificate in AV Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in AV installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of AV systems with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Able to lift and handle AV equipment.
• Work at Height/MEWP certification is an advantage.

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
