Job summary

NANOSUN PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated WWTP operator to manage the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant at Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. You will log daily performance, monitor systems, and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

The role includes routine calibration of instruments, chemical top-ups, and timely reporting to management, with opportunities for preventive maintenance and system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP).
• Daily log management of WWTP plant performance.
• Monitor plant performance and alarms.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Maintain preventive maintenance on electrical & instruments.
• Check health of Electrical & Instrument components.
• Top up chemicals daily and maintain correct levels.
• Report daily plant performance to management.
• Calibrate instruments as per schedule.
• Ensure WWTP complies with ISO standards.
• Review control and monitoring systems for accuracy.
• Daily housekeeping and 5S activities.
• Perform minor (bi-monthly) and major (bi-annually) maintenance.

Working Hours: 0830 - 1730

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Job Scope:

• Operation and maintenance of Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP)
• Daily performance log management of WWTP Plant;
• Daily monitoring of plant performance;
• Preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment;
• Preventive maintenance of electrical and Instruments;
• Electrical & Instruments Component Health check;
• Daily chemical top up and maintain the correct level;
• Daily reporting to management of plant performance;
• Calibration of Instruments as per schedule;
• Ensure WWTP compliance with ISO standards;
• Control and Monitoring system review;
• Conduct daily housekeeping and 5s;
• Conduct minor maintenance (bi-monthly) and major maintenance (bi-annually)
