Job summary

POLYTRONIKS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform 12-hour day or night shifts on Production Testing Equipment with refrigeration chillers on the client’s production floor in a cleanroom environment.

The role includes troubleshooting, installation, setup, and repair to ensure equipment reliability. The position requires a minimum ITE technical qualification and at least 1 year of relevant production maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Min ITE technical qualification.
• Min 1 year of relevant experience in production maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal uptime by performing service activities on Production Testing Equipment.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair Testing Equipment to improve performance and reliability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely progress updates on maintenance and repair tasks.
• Prepare detailed report documenting maintenance, health checks, and repair activities for equipment.
• Participate in meetings, commission, health checks, and equipment overhaul to ensure operational readiness.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and provide support to meet operational requirements as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment to comply with safety standards.

Job Summary

Required competencies and certifications

• Min ITE technical qualification
• Min 1 year of relevant experience in production maintenance
