• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant hands-on maintenance experience.
• Able to diagnose problems and carry out repairs independently.
• Familiar with common hand and power tools for handyman tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and lighting systems.
• Perform routine inspections, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions.
• Install, service, and repair air-conditioning units (split, window, cassette) and components like compressors and motors.
• Interpret technical drawings for installations, testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, emergency repairs, and service calls to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all work meets high quality standards, maintains high-end finishes, and adheres to scheduled timelines.

Job Summary

• Install, service, and repair various air-conditioning units (split, window, cassette) and components like compressors and motors.
• Interpret technical drawings for installations, testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, emergency repairs, and service calls to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all work meets high quality standards, maintains high-end finishes, and adheres to scheduled timelines.

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma, certificate, or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant hands-on maintenance experience
• Ability to diagnose problems and carry out repairs independently.
• Familiar with the use of common hand and power tools to carry out handyman works e.g. painting, carpentry work, part replacements etc.
• Reliable, responsible, and service-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
