Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Technical Writer for Eggplant Test products, including Eggplant Studio, Fusion Engine & Server. You will plan, organize, and author documentation for the software, collaborating with product owners and teams to deliver high-quality content for end users.

You will maintain user guides, release notes, and online help, ensuring consistency with corporate standards while supporting AI initiatives and future product features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience writing technical documentation in English, preferably for test automation software.
• Experience with Markdown and Docusaurus, and creating GUI/API documentation.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain English-language software documentation (user guides, reference materials, online help, release notes).
• Collaborate with product owners, support engineers, and SMEs to learn features and convert materials into user-friendly content.
• Coordinate with documentation teams to track status, prioritize work, and enforce standards and processes.
• Support AI initiatives through documentation frameworks and practices.
• Participate in planning, manage change requests, and reflect product changes in docs.
