Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented engineer to join our industrial team in Tuas. The role is hands-on, requires travel after training, and a 1-year contract with structured training in the first six months.

You will support customers and engineers, perform preventive maintenance, QA/safety checks, and write reports. Travel to Asia Pacific is required at 50–80% after training, with company transport provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical; Electrical).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and channel engineers through technical and administrative activities.
• Understand customers' needs and concerns.
• Understand how Indigo technology works and resolve basic issues.
• Participate in ongoing trainings and escalations.
• Monitor equipment and machinery performance and perform preventative maintenance measures.
• Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Write reports and present findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
• Monitor inventory and reorder materials when needed.
