ASM is seeking a dedicated Training Designer to shape our technician training strategy in Singapore. You will design programs, frameworks, and hands-on content to drive product quality, consistency, and delivery efficiency while working closely with engineering, operations and quality teams to prepare technicians for success.
You will develop competency frameworks, certify technicians, and manage on-the-job training, reporting progress and outcomes to internal stakeholders.
