ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a Technical Training Instructor in Singapore to conduct classroom and hands-on training for semiconductor processes. The role requires adapting to class schedules and supporting alternative work arrangements with shift allowances and transportation support.

Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma or Degree in engineering disciplines and have 2–4 years of semiconductor industry experience, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Microelectronics or any Engineering related studies.
• Preferably 2 - 4 year experience in semicon related industry.
• Good technical problem solving, troubleshooting and follow-up skills.
• Experience in Assembly, Build, Test, Preventive Maintenance

• Conducts technical training in both classroom lecture and practical scenarios
• Able to provide related experience to training
• To perform and follow closely to the training curriculum
• Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Responsible for complete customer satisfaction
• Plan and assist managers and senior as required
• Complies with safety procedures and protocols to consistently demonstrate safety as value

The Opportunity

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (Work schedule will be based on class timings)


• Shift allowance & transportation will be provided for supporting alternative work schedules (Weekdays only)
