Job summary

Motional is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 6-month contract to drive hiring for our world-class engineering and machine learning teams in Singapore. You’ll support full-cycle recruiting across software, ML/AI, and other high-tech functions in a hybrid setup with at least two days per week in the Singapore office.

You’ll balance hands-on recruiting with advising hiring leaders, guiding engineers through the process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in corporate and/or search environments.
• Experience hiring in engineering, ML/AI, and high-tech domains.
• Ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS and structured interview scorecards.
• Excellent communication and candidate experience focus.
• Professional proficiency in English for global collaboration.
• Comfortable working across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leaders to manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles.
• Lead kickoff meetings, updates, and interview debriefs.
• Source and engage top technical talent, including passive candidates.
• Manage interview scheduling, travel, visa coordination, and offers.
• Drive ATS best practices and candidate documentation.
• Provide market insights on talent pools and compensation trends.
• Collaborate with HR on visa processes and onboarding.
• Coordinate across multiple time zones, including US-based roles.
