Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst to support the implementation, analysis, and ongoing improvement of complex enterprise applications. This hybrid role combines technical analysis, hands-on software knowledge, system troubleshooting, and requirements clarification.

You will work with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and support teams to understand systems end-to-end, investigate complex issues, and ensure solutions are technically sound and operationally reliable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development, systems analysis, or a similar technical role.
• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, and/or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and integration.
• Experience analyzing logs, debugging, and tracing end-to-end system flows.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiar with messaging technologies such as Solace or Kafka.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication across development, business, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications and implementation requirements.
• Support application development, enhancements, defect fixes, testing, and implementation activities.
• Investigate complex issues across microservices, APIs, messaging platforms, and databases.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend practical technical solutions and system improvements.
• Work with developers and architects to understand dependencies, integration flows, and solution impacts.
• Review requirements and identify technical gaps, risks, dependencies, and integration considerations.
• Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, system flows, API/interface specifications, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Solace, Kafka, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work across development, business, and infrastructure teams.

Nice to Have

• Java with Quarkus or Spring Boot and Angular/AngularJS experience.
• Oracle Database and advanced SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Keycloak or identity/access management technologies.
• Exposure to CI/CD, Docker/Podman, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise or government systems.
