Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, configure, and maintain machine vision and industrial computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Operate and troubleshoot computing hardware, software, AI, Deep Learning, and AI software tools to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Deliver on-site and remote technical support to clients, ensuring effective problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams by providing technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales stages to support business growth.
• Prepare clear, detailed technical documentation and reports to communicate system status and project progress.
• Participate in international training, seminars, and exhibitions to enhance technical knowledge and industry awareness.
• Work closely with colleagues and assigned mentors to develop skills and contribute to team objectives.
• Coordinate with regional offices to align technical support and project delivery across markets.
