Job summary

Screening Eagle is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to bridge sales, product, engineering, and customers in Singapore. You will tailor solutions, lead demos and POCs, and support adoption across the customer lifecycle.

You will translate requirements into designs, collaborate with engineering, and assist onboarding, data migration, and configurations while maintaining strong technical relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years in a technical customer-facing role (pre-sales/solution consulting) in SaaS or cloud software.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and web/cloud infrastructure (REST APIs, microservices, AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience in integration projects and customization/configuration.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute discovery workshops to understand business pain points, workflows, and requirements.

Job description

A Technical Solution Consultant in Screening Eagle acts as the technical bridge between sales, product, engineering, and customers. You will help prospects and customers understand how the product works, tailor the solution to their business needs, lead product demos and proofs-of-concept (POCs), support pre-sales and post-sales phases, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

What You Will Do

• Execute discovery workshops with potential customers to understand business pain points, workflows, system architectures, integrations, and requirements.
• Lead and deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Translate customer requirements into a clear solution design, including data flows, integrations (APIs, third-party systems), customisations, and configurations.
• Work with product / engineering teams to ensure feasibility and align expectations.
• Assist customers with onboarding, data migration, configuration, testing, training, and ensuring adoption.
• Act as point of contact for technical issues, escalations, and technical feedback from customers.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Provide market and customer feedback into the product roadmap.
• Own the technical aspect of the client relationship over the client’s lifecycle

What We Expect

• BA/BS (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field).
• Ideally, 2 years or more in a technical customer-facing role (pre-sales / solution consulting / systems integration) in a SaaS, cloud-software, or built world environment.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, web / cloud infrastructure (e.g. REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Experience in integration projects (APIs, third-party services) and ability to handle customisation/configuration.
• Solid business acumen: able to map technical features to business benefits, understand ROI, TCO etc.
• Execellent presentation, demonstration, and communication skills (able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders).
• Ability to multitask: manage multiple opportunities / customers in parallel.
• Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
• Prior experience working with sales engineering or solution consulting teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
