Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable service coordinator to manage customer enquiries, quotations, and job orders.

The role involves coordinating with engineers, sub-contractors, and customers to ensure timely service delivery and high satisfaction. You will maintain service records and support audits while handling procurement and scheduling tasks. Applicants should have a Diploma in Business or equivalent, with at least two years of related experience and familiarity with Oracle

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Experience with Oracle Netsuite is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries/complaints via phone, email, or fax and ensure actions are taken.
• Prepare and generate quotations/charges for customers and process JOPs.
• Schedule and prioritise service requests from customers.
• Coordinate with field service engineers, sub-contractors, customers and authorities to meet timelines.
• Maintain and track service history and follow up on customer accounts.
• Keep accurate service records and upload reports to the system.
• Provide regular customer updates to the Service Manager or Lead Coordinator.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Explore opportunities for additional services and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive service planning and communication.
• Support customer audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Prepare service requests, purchase orders for vendors/sub-contractors.
• Arrange shipping forms for item delivery and book air tickets.
• Prepare materials for subcontractors or technicians/engineers.
• Raise purchase requisitions for installation materials as needed.
• Maintain organised project/service schedules for personnel.
• Handle warranty claims for equipment and related processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Education

Diploma in Business or equivalent
