Job summary

You will gain hands-on experience operating equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventive maintenance while building essential engineering skills.

The role requires a 12-hour shift pattern with overtime as needed; NITEC in Engineering and a mechanical/mechatronics background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering; Mechanical/Mechatronics background preferred.
• Able to read electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and overtime.
• Able to lift 10–15 kg.
• Willing to work in a controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment to achieve production targets and schedules
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to support production efficiency and product quality
• Carry out daily and monthly preventive maintenance to maintain equipment reliability
• Read and understand electrical and mechanical diagrams
• Participate in workplace safety and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Support day-to-day production operations and ensure equipment operates effectively

Shift Details

Working Hours: 7:45 PM – 7:45 AM
Work Pattern: 4-3-3-4 work-rest cycle
Shift Arrangement: Saturday night shift, with alternating Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday shifts
