SWAN SWEE CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales & Business Development professional to drive product specifications with architects, consultants, developers and main contractors. You will promote roofing, cladding, walling, structural steel and decking products during early design stages and secure project wins through tender conversions.

Qualifikationen

• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building products, construction materials, technical sales, specification sales or business development.
• Experience in metal roofing, cladding, steel decking, structural steel or building envelope systems will be an advantage.
• Existing relationships with architects, engineering consultants, developers or main contractors in Singapore are preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings, understand technical specifications and communicate engineering solutions.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially driven, self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and long sales cycles.
• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Promote roofing, cladding, walling, structural steel and decking products to architects, consultants and designers.
• Identify upcoming projects at planning/design stages and secure product in specifications and tender documents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architectural firms, consultants and developers.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, seminars and lunch-and-learn sessions.
