Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) PTE LTD is seeking a Technicial Sales specialist to drive growth in the chemicals segment from the CBD office. This permanent headcount offers a lean, family-friendly culture with strong work-life balance.

You will build relationships with customers, identify opportunities, and coordinate with technical and operations teams to deliver solutions across the region. Regional travel is expected, with clear career progression and a competitive remuneration

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Materials, or a related discipline.
Experience in technical sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing engineering roles.
Good communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements.
Experience within manufacturing, industrial, electronics, engineering, materials, chemicals, or related sectors is advantageous.
Willingness to travel regionally when required.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth through new customer acquisition and existing account development.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities, develop solutions, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to project execution.
Work closely with technical and operational teams to support customer requirements.
