is seeking a Technical Sales & Service Engineer to grow our Functional Electronic Coatings portfolio in Singapore and the region. You will serve as the technical and commercial partner to customers, leading qualifications, supporting line trials, troubleshooting processes, and driving new business with a focus on electronics, semiconductor, and connector manufacturers.

Qualifications

Education as stated: degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, electrochemistry, mechanical engineering or related discipline.
3–8 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, technical service or process engineering in semiconductor, PCB, connector or surface finishing industries.
Hands-on knowledge in wet electroplating chemistry, plating methods, chemical bath maintenance and related processes.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth and manage customer pipelines for electronics, semiconductor and connector customers.
Deliver technical presentations and prepare commercial proposals/quotations.
Lead line trials, product qualifications and bath evaluations from testing to mass production.
Troubleshoot plating lines and baths to improve yield and process stability.
Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits and technical support.
