Job summary

AIsa is seeking a Social Media Lead to shape our voice and establish the brand in the AI agent ecosystem. You will own messaging, storytelling, and positioning to attract developers, startups, and enterprise buyers in a fast-growing market.

In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with product and sales teams to craft narratives, support demand generation, and help scale outbound initiatives as AIsa expands its global footprint.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years selling technical products to developers or technical buyers.
• Mid-market sales experience with deal sizes of $50K-$500K ARR.
• Startup sales experience at an early-stage company.
• PLG-to-Enterprise conversion experience.
• Technical aptitude to read API docs and demo products.
• Hunter mentality with high outbound activity.
• Proven track record of quota attainment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-directed and able to operate without a large team.

Responsibilities

• Convert high-value self-serve users into paid enterprise contracts.
• Build outbound motion targeting AI startups, agent builders, and knowledge workers.
• Lead full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and close.
• Develop AIsa's sales playbook, ICP definitions, pricing tiers, and qualification framework from scratch.
• Build and manage CRM, pipeline, forecasting, and sales operations.
• Drive pilot programs and convert pilots into production deployments.
• Engage with agent framework communities and represent AIsa at events.
• Establish reference customers and collect case studies.
