Job summary

RS RECRUITMENT AGENCY LLP in Singapore seeks a technically inclined sales professional to provide product consultation and drive growth across manufacturing industries. You will train extensively, develop product knowledge, and travel to client sites to close business.

A degree in business or engineering is preferred, with strong communication and a proactive service mindset. The role includes a 3–6 month training period, 5-day work week, and comprehensive onboarding to support sales objectives

Qualifications

Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests.
Goal-oriented and extremely hard working with a desire to contribute to success.
Willingness to travel 60% of the time, including overnight travel.
Preferably Degree in Business/Engineering related degree.

Responsibilities

Attend product and application training in Singapore (Approximately 3 to 6 months).
Develop understanding of products and applications through classes, seminars, and on-the-job training.
Provide technical consultation and service to customers to help solve their applications using products in various industries.
Travel to customer locations three days per week and sell products/services across industries.
Coordinate account strategy and contribute to territory’s strategic plan.
Deliver growth in market share within assigned sales territory.
