About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-drivenField Sales Executiveto join our dynamic sales team. This is afull-time positionbasedin thePenjuru Crescent West Region. In this role, you will beresponsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships andrepresenting HCS Scientific & Chemical Pte Ltd in the field. The FieldSales Executive plays a crucial strategic role in expanding our market presenceand achieving our sales objectives by engaging directly with customers andidentifying new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory, developing a strong customer pipeline
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their specific needs and requirements
• Present and demonstrate scientific and chemical products to clients, highlighting key features, benefits and applications
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client specifications
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while maintaining profitability and margin targets
• Provide customers with product information, technical support and post-sale service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Collect market intelligence and feedback from customers to inform product development and sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in field sales or sales consultancy, ideally within the scientific, chemical or industrial sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client types
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities with a results-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools
• Strong organisational and time management skills to balance multiple client accounts and priorities
• Ability to understand technical specifications and communicate complex product information clearly
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in science, chemistry, engineering or related field is advantageous
• Knowledge of the scientific and chemical industry is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
