Job summary

Wizlogix Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to drive revenue and profit targets for our PCB design-focused business in Singapore. You will develop customer relationships and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to grow key accounts and expand market presence.

You will report to the Senior Business Development Manager and collaborate with engineering and operations to align offerings with customer needs, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of experience considered for senior sales positions.
• Knowledge of the EMS electronic market and competitors.
• Understanding of IPC-6012, IPC-600, and IPC-610 standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales revenue and profit targets to drive business growth
• Analyze market conditions, competitor data, and pricing strategies to inform sales and marketing plans
• Define and communicate the value proposition of the company’s products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with top-tier customers and suppliers to foster partnerships
• Negotiate contracts to secure long-term commitments
• Collaborate in forecasting and preparing the yearly sales budget

Job Summary

• Achieve or exceed sales revenue, gross profit margin, and account receivable targets to drive business growth
• Analyze customer research, market conditions, competitor data, and pricing strategies to inform sales and marketing plans
• Define and communicate the unique value proposition of the company’s products and services to customers and suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationships and networks with top-tier customers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships
• Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers to secure long-term commitments and partnerships
• Collaborate in forecasting and preparing the company’s yearly sales budget to support strategic planning

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a relevant field
• 2 to 3 years of sales experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services or equivalent industry experience
