Job summary

Wizlogix Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Admin Executive to support the sales team, manage admin across accounts, and ensure accurate SAP data, quotations, and invoicing. This full-time, on-site role offers opportunities for growth and direct engagement with customers and vendors.

Requirements include a diploma or degree in business or related field, 2–5 years in sales administration, and a background in engineering or electronics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Engineering/ Electronics background is a plus given Wizlogix's technical products.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team to meet Gross Profit targets and manage admin workload across accounts.
• Provide working knowledge of PCB and industry-specific technical requirements for accurate quotations and customer set-up.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers/vendors and manage the sales pipeline.
• Lead technical sales presentations and negotiate terms with customers and vendors.
• Maintain SAP customer data and handle end-to-end quotation, invoicing, and payments with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoicing and credit terms; liaise with Logistics for delivery timelines.
• Coordinate events and manage project/event logistics ahead of schedule.
• Oversee front desk operations and guide junior staff on visitor/call handling standards.
• Identify improvements to sales admin workflows, SOPs, and documentation standards.
