Job summary

Jetstar, part of the Qantas Group, is seeking a Safety Leader for our CAMO team in Singapore. You will champion Occupational Health & Safety standards, lead process improvements, and partner with stakeholders to uphold flight safety and regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong communication, problem solving, and team collaboration to drive safe, efficient operations across technical records and change management.

• Process driven, with experience in constructing new process’s to deliver business goals.

Responsibilities

• Be a Safety Leader within Jetstar's CAMO.
• Demonstrate commitment and leadership to OHS by participating in meetings, inspections, promotions and other appropriate activities Encourage and promote the involvement of all employees in achieving a safe and healthy workplace.
• Comply with all Occupational Health & Safety Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountability as detailed in Jetstar's Policies and Procedures.
• Comply with all responsibilities, authorities and accountability as required by the Group management system standard and associated policies.
• Ensure any missing Technical/Flight Technical and Flight Logs are expedited daily.
• Assisting the Team Leader in collating data for reports as required.
• Perform regular internal QA audits of Technical Records entered into TRAX.
• Escalate complex issues which impact on the completion of component changes.
• Monitor the Pending Technical Records report and ensure component changes are expedited within the required 7 day KPI.
