Job summary

ANCHOR SEARCH GROUP PTE. LTD. seeks a senior pre-sales architect to shape technology strategy for complex CCTV, NVR, access control, IDS, and gate barrier solutions. You will lead architecture discussions with senior IT/OT decision-makers, map requirements, and outline risks and project approaches.

You will craft business-value proposals, present technical feasibility, and guide tender responses from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer goals and security standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive enterprise architecture experience and consulting skills.
• 5+ years in IT/OT project design, planning, installation, and commissioning.

Job description

The role is primarily focused in pre sales, tenders and bids stage and requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability toconceptualize CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television), NVR (Network Video Recorder), ACS (Access Control System), IDS (Intrusion Detection System), and Gate Barriersystems business solution to customers. This requires demonstratedability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions relatedto agility, business value and high familiarity in the project methodologies ieDesign, Technologies in order to review the tenders/bids.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning full project life cycle
• Prepare and deliver the business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conduct, proof-of-concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary
• Propose the technical solution and oversee the selection of technologies and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet customer’s requirements.
• Articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit and risk where multiple solution exist.
• Highlight the positive impact of the solutions and it how it can achieve customer’s business goals
• Manage customer relationship by communicating architecture standards and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues
• Actively participate in the business development lifecycle. Identify opportunities, generate proposals, and support other sales efforts
• Increase organization effectiveness by identifying opportunities to leverage solutions to other engagements
• Improve information usefulness by tracking emerging technologies; evaluating their applicability to business goals and operational requirements

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Computer cience or Engineering or equivalent work experience
• At least 10 years relevant working experience including expertise in enterprise architecture Consulting skills such as interviewing stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and consensus building
• 5+ years total experience with a combination of technical expertise in Project design, planning, installation & commissioning for end to end IT/OT projects
• Strong analysis experience focusing on IT Software & infrastructure with integration to CCTV, NVR, ACS, IDS, Gate Barrier system
• Experience leading large group meetings/information gathering sessions with senior-level executives and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Professional experience with n-tier application architectures development
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to function at both the detail and conceptual levels
• Additional technical qualifications include hands-on experience in several of the following products or technologies:.NET Development Platform (Visual Studio, .Net Core Framework), C#, Phython, SQL Databases, Transact-SQL, XML, Soap, Web Services, agile development methodologies
• In-depth knowledge on network and systems security issues and ability to provide solutions to address cybersecurity requirement
• IT certification in MCSE, CCIE, CISSP, Scrum Master or equivalent will be advantageous
