Job summary

Connection Technology Industry (MNC) in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Leader to drive end-to-end project execution across product development, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and commercial functions in a dynamic industrial setting.

You will develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets, coordinate with internal and international teams, identify risks and deliver key milestones.

Qualifications

• Min. degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on experience in product development or automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution across product development, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and commercial functions to ensure successful project delivery

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution across product development, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and commercial functions to ensure successful project delivery

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and resources while ensuring compliance with quality, cost and schedule requirements

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, international teams and external partners to drive collaboration, alignment and project milestones

• Identify project risks, resolve operational challenges and provide regular progress updates to ensure project objectives and KPIs are achieved

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent

• Min. 3 years of experience leading cross-functional projects within industrial automation, industrial electronics, manufacturing or engineering environments

• Hands-on experience in product development, industrial electronics, automation technologies or related technical fields will be an added advantage
