Job summary

Connection Technology Industry (MNC) in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Leader to drive end-to-end project execution across product development, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and commercial functions in a dynamic industrial setting.

You will develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets, coordinate with internal and international teams, identify risks and deliver key milestones.

Qualifications

• Min. degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on experience in product development or automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution across product development, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and commercial functions to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and resources while ensuring quality, cost and schedule requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, international teams and external partners to drive collaboration and milestones
• Identify project risks, resolve operational challenges and provide progress updates to achieve KPIs
