Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Technical Project Manager in ICT at its Digital Hub, SG. You will lead a development team and coordinate with Solution Architect, Project Manager and Technical Lead to plan, test and deploy system infrastructure for defence and security-related projects.

The role requires 4–5 years of project management experience across the full lifecycle, with exposure to information systems/infra projects and an understanding of data analytics concepts and ethical AI.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of project management experience
• Experience in all stages of the project lifecycle (planning, requirements gathering, design documentation, testing, rollout and transition to Ops)
• Experience in managing information systems/infra projects
• Fundamental understanding of data analytics concepts and ethical artificial intelligence
• Experience delivering projects for the defence sector is a plus
• PMP/CITPM/Scrum Master certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using verification techniques
• Measure project performance with appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks, including schedule, cost and performance
• Track project performance to analyze successful completion of goals
• Exercise and continually develop leadership skills

Working closely with the Solution Architect, Project Manager and Technical Lead, you will be part of a development team to develop, test and deploy system/network infrastructure as part of an overall project implementation.

Qualities We Value

• Proven working experience with 4-5years in project management would be advantageous if leading project team.
• Experienced in all stages of the project lifecycle, e.g. planning, requirements gathering, design documentation, testing, rollout and transition to Ops.
• Experience in managing information systems/infra projects
• Possess fundamental understanding of data analytics concepts and ethical artificial intelligence
• Experience in delivering projects for the defence sector will be a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / CITPM/ Scrum Master certification is a plus
