Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-disciplinary engineering projects from requirements through delivery. You will plan schedules, identify risks, and communicate trade-offs to executives and engineers, while driving the technical direction of your programs.

In this role you will manage projects of varying size, identify opportunities for process improvements, and collaborate with internal customers to deliver scalable solutions across Google’s infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management with leading multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience with data center, networking, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish a robust project content ecosystem and governance.
• Oversee existing digital content and tools (Windchill, AODocs, BIM360, ACC).
• Develop and implement new solutions to improve user experience and efficiency.
• Establish a sustainable model for AI-based tools and training.
• Lead system integration and change management across interfacing systems.
