Job summary
Public Service Division is seeking a Product Lead/Analyst to manage the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery. You will work with Product Owner and Product Manager to align strategy with business goals, while collaborating with engineering on technical requirements and governance.
You will drive backlog prioritization, lead sprint planning, and ensure stakeholder buy-in through clear communication of complex technical concepts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analyst experience in software development projects.
- 2+ years in an Agile environment and Cloud platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask.
- Strong skills in articulating requirements and business cases.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Write detailed specifications and user stories, prioritising backlog.
- Lead sprint planning and grooming, managing dependencies across workstreams.
- Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating complex concepts.
- Define KPIs, use data analytics to drive product decisions and monitor performance.
