Job summary

ACRA seeks a dynamic Lead / Principal Product Manager to shape the vision, strategy, and execution of its product portfolio and to collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, sales and support teams. You will drive product innovation, ensure market fit, and deliver value to customers in a fast-paced public sector environment.

The role oversees the full lifecycle from ideation to launch, builds roadmaps, and defines metrics to measure success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management with a track record of successful products.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with agency goals.
• Lead the product team to achieve the vision and oversee lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify needs and opportunities.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap with prioritized features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer support.
• Define and track KPIs/OKRs to measure product success and drive decisions.
• Advocate for customer needs within the organization and drive innovation.
• Lead digital roadmap development and cross-functional digital capabilities.
