Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based technology consultancy, is seeking a Technical Product Manager under a fixed-term contract until 25 August 2027. You will collaborate with Product Owner and Development Team to refine user stories, plan resources, and maintain the Product Backlog while ensuring quality and governance across web, mobile, and cloud solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of BA experience in software projects within Agile and Cloud environments, plus 3 years of Azure

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business analysis experience in software development in an Agile/cloud environment.
• 3 years of working experience with Azure.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in business case and user-story development.
• Strong communication to articulate technical concepts with stakeholders.
• Collaborative skills across teams and with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of web, mobile and Cloud technologies and their impact on design solutions.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, GitLab, SonarQube; BPM modelling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan for and justify project IT resource allocation, including securing approval; monitor and track usage.
• Refine user stories and build the Product Backlog with prioritization.
• Review and participate in technical proposals or solutions, system design and architecture for quality and governance.
• Propose feasible ideas or engage SMEs to improve the product.
• Coordinate with project teams of interfacing systems for end-to-end workflows.
• Plan and design UAT with Product Owner/Manager and monitor progress.
• Review and ensure documentation is complete and of quality.
• Maintain and refine Product Backlog.

Co-Development Business Unit is hiring for Technical Product Manager

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is till 25 August 2027.

What will you do?

• Work closely with Product Owner, Product Manager and Development Team on project schedule, issues and escalation.
• Plan for and justify project IT resource allocation, including securing approval; monitor and track project resource usage.
• Work with Product Owner and Product Manager to craft and refine user stories by providing technical analysis; and building the Product Backlog with prioritization.
• Review and participate in technical proposal or solution, system design and architecture to ensure they are of quality, while adhering to all standards, governance, and policies.
• Propose feasible ideas and solutions or engage subject matter expert to provide aid and improve the quality of the product.
• Coordinate with relevant project teams of interfacing systems to ensure smooth end-to-end workflows can be achieved reliably, and efficiently.
• Work with Product Owner, Product Manager and Development Team to plan and design UAT, coordinate and monitor progress and ensure acceptance of UAT.
• Review and ensure that all documentations are complete and of quality.
• Maintain and continuously refine Product Backlog.

What are we looking for?

• Have strong background in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related technical discipline.
• Have minimal 3 years business analyst experience in software development projects and working experience in an Agile environment and Cloud platform.
• 3 years of working experience with Azure
• Possess the ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask and to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Possess business case and user-stories development skills.
• Good communication skills, ability to articulate technology concepts, participate in discussions on requirements with stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills, ability to partner and work effectively across teams and with business stakeholders in development as well as problem solving.
• Good knowledge of web, mobile and Cloud technologies, and their impact and feasibility on design solutions.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, GitLab, SonarQube, BPM modelling techniques and methods will be an added advantage.
