Technical Process Specialist (Injection Molding) - perm night shift

Job summary

BD is a global leader in medical technology and invites you to contribute as a Technical Specialist at our Tuas Plant in Singapore. You will operate and maintain production equipment, drive process improvements, and ensure product quality through hands-on maintenance and problem solving.

You will follow SOPs and GMP standards, participate in changeovers, manage MES updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or technical operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to follow SOPs, GMP, and EHS standards.
• Experience in mold set up, changeovers in Injection molding handling various types of equipment.
• Experience in robotic systems, programming for fine tuning.
• Troubleshoot and maintain various equipment to upkeep it in good running conditions
