Job summary

BD, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a Technical Specialist to support manufacturing operations at its Tuas Plant in Singapore. You will operate and maintain production equipment, troubleshoot machinery, and drive process improvements while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with SOPs and GMP standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on equipment management, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize production and product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or technical operations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to follow SOPs, GMP, and EHS standards.
• Experience in mold set up, changeovers in Injection molding handling various types of equipment.
• Experience in robotic systems, programming for fine tuning.
• Troubleshoot and maintain various equipment to upkeep it in good running conditions.
