Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of mission-critical IT, systems integration, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure projects.The candidate will coordinate project activities across engineering teams, customers, vendors, and consultants to ensure successful project execution from planning to deployment. This role is suitable for candidates with 2-3 years of project management or engineering experience who are looking to grow into a project leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
- Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate project activities across internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and technology partners.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Support project budgeting, procurement, and resource planning activities.
- Facilitate project meetings and track follow-up actions to closure.
Technical Coordination
- Work closely with Systems, Network, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineers during project execution.
- Coordinate system deployment, integration testing, FAT, SAT, and acceptance activities.
- Review technical designs, implementation plans, and deployment schedules.
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution across multiple technical domains.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a key interface between customers, consultants, vendors, and internal engineering teams.
- Assist in technical discussions, requirement clarification, and project reviews.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure timely communication of project updates.
Risk& Quality Management
- Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Monitor project performance against schedule and contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance with quality, cybersecurity, and organizational standards.
Deployment& Operational Support
- Support local and overseas system deployment activities when required.
- Participate in FAT, SAT, OSAT, site implementation, and cutover activities.
- Coordinate logistics and readiness for project deployments.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Systems Integration.
- Experience supporting infrastructure, network, software, or IT system implementation projects.
- Exposure to government, defense, aerospace, critical infrastructure, or large enterprise projects is an advantage.

Preferred Certifications
- PMP, or equivalent Project Management certification.
- CCNA, RHCSA, or related technical certifications are an advantage.
